With new techniques on how to be mindful and practices you can use anywhere, this would be beneficial for everyone.
Excellent course1
I thoroughly enjoyed this Mindfulness training. I will always use the Take Action sheet and Further Learning sheet the assist me when I need a moment of mindfulness.
Bring's things back into perspective
I think the Mindfulness exercise is one for all, short exercise, but worth the time to bring back the realisation of the day, to reflect and encourage you to gather your thoughts to react in a positive way

This may be very usefully presented for some people but to others like myself it comes across as holistic, idiotic nonsense that immediately makes me unreceptive to the ideas that you are trying to get across.
A good start
This is a very good thing to do and great skill to train people in. It is not an easy thing to get right and practice is needed. It takes practice to know you need to call on this technique and use it well. Regular reminders/sessions are a good idea.

A good introduction to Mindfulness. It was only 10 minutes long, when it was competed I was left wishing it was longer and more in-depth.
