Good but some conflicting information

Majority of this was really good. Your links to other info and awareness of what people might be going through is good. Nutrition. We shouldn’t be demonising foods. Telling people to ‘avoid’ biscuits and other foods is not helpful. Especially when you go on to say buy cake in for colleagues birthday. Food isn’t always about nutrition and calories sometimes we just need a brew a biscuit and a chat. Don’t underestimate the importance of food socially

very interesting and informative

It was well presented, and extremely interesting. It was well executed as this is a very delicate subject. It has some very interesting ideas to use which i will put into practise.

A Good Grounding for the Subject

Provides a good grounding for those that may not be aware of their present situation and what help and methods are available to tackle issues raised in the presentation.

great course

great course for anyone who hasn't done any mental health awareness before. It's always good for everyone to revisit mental health training as everyone has good and bad mental health and there is always new techniques for people to try to help have good mental health.

Very good tips and training,

Easy to follow, would recommend to others and good advice which l can apply to myself in certain situations

Great

Thank you for an interesting and informative course . The fact that it was stress free to complete felt supporting and encouraging unlike the safeguarding online course by another company which was horrendous! Which had a test at the very end after hours of listening which asked for stupid % etc Who can remember them ? What about broad principles? Needless to say on completion there was no request for feedback! Check out https://nationalonlinesafety.com/enrol/waverley-school to see how not to do it !
