Good stuff to know
The course was well presented and very informative.
Helpful, thought provoking, understandable, informative.
A great reminder on how to deal with situations when feeling under pressure or having anxiety. The breathing exercise, simply going for a walk (to clear your head) and reminder about diet and exercise are so useful to know. Also, a reminder to ask for help and this is not a sign of weakness but strength. Really enjoyed this one.

Good refresher and straight forward course with plenty of references. It gave me a few strands to follow up on which are relevant.,
my only issue is the pages for further study had lots of cookies associated with them or pages couldn't be opened especially the more academic papers.
