Very important information to follow.
I am giving 5 stars because the course was clear, easy to follow, and very useful. The videos and online questions helped me understand mental health better. The course gave practical tips I can use, and it was well organized and engaging.
I found the one-day online mental health course at Brooke Detention Centre very useful. The videos and online questions were easy to understand. I learned how to spot when someone is struggling and how to help them. The course was short but helpful, and I feel more confident using what I learned.

Too long for a refresher.
Since this is an annual requirement, I would suggest that all that is required is a short refresher. This is too long.
