A useful course covering all the basics of mental health awareness. Mainly aimed at your own mental health but also highlighting things to look out for in other people and ways in which to help. Sympathetically presented and with useful strategies, tips and techniques to try.

I understand depression my second cousin committed suicide. If he had someone to talk im sure it could have been prevented.
