Interesting topic
Found this course interesting and easy to follow, I was engaged throughout – found there were some very useful tips on how to recognise certain patterns of behaviours/thoughts, which going about every day life you may not personally take much notice of. For example I am going to acknowledge every green light I pass on the road instead and not focus on the red stop light! 🙂
This particular course is better than most.
Well presented as usual but didn't seem so laboured as most of the other courses. I didn't learn anything new, but it did make me think and it could help others.

Excellent course
This is an excellent course with many additional resources that can really improve your mental wellbeing. I have done the course previously and back then self-referred myself to Talking therapies and successfully completed a CBT therapy that helped massively with my anxiety. I would recommend the course to everyone, but please do check all the links and additional information as well.
