broke the subject matter up into easy to understand bitesize portions. The use of animation and graphics to explain sensitive issues was effective.

This was really interesting to do and helpful. There was some parts to this course that I had never heard of before.

This was a very interesting and informative course. It was easy to follow, with clear explanations of the different areas and aspects of mental health awareness. I enjoyed taking part in the course.

I really enjoyed this training. I feel that it was clear and presented well. I was engaged throughout and I found it easy to access the materials. The only thing that I feel is missing in this kind of approach is the ability to ask questions and share ideas. Maybe a FAQ page would help rather than just extra materials to read from?

Title ? "Mental Health IN EDUCATION". All about the employee ("although may then be used to help students"). Otherwise a very good if drawn out session, which sadly went a bit too fast and did not allow the participant to go back, say to read over a statement or facts last made, without viewing the entire section again, no fast forward to the bit a wanted to read again. Links to some "Additional", small and hard to read and covered subjects that I would have liked to see as stand alone courses ie PTSD. The advice to take regular breaks "Away" from sources of stress. All well and good, so long as one has just such a place to go to. As for Rhyl College, that would rule out the canteen, cafe and LSA office. As they are often right in the thick of it.
