The course has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to support both their own and others' mental well-being effectively.
The course allows participants to understand: what mental health is and why it is important; the importance of reducing stigma and misconceptions about mental health, and encouraging open conversations and creating supportive environment; how to identify early warning signs of mental health issues in oneself or others; active listening skills and the importance of empathy in these conversations; when and how to seek professional help; the internal and external support systems and resources that are available; the strategies for maintaining one’s own mental well-being and resilience; and techniques such as mindfulness, stress management, and setting healthy boundaries.

An excellent learning package
This course provides all you need without being overly long or too preachy. It allows you the space to think about Mental Health and certainly impaired my own awareness of what it is. It is supportive and offers guidance for routes you might choose to take rather than telling you what to do.
The slides and videos were very clear
The style of presentation was supportive. There were resources to follow up with if you want to.
