it gives an employee a better understanding of what sexual harassment is and how to prevent or stop this type of behaviour. This course feels very proactive by giving people a better awareness of the issues and how they are caused.

I learned little from this training, although I fully recognise the importance of the subject.
Frankly I found the test at the end facile and unintelligent. The content may be useful to some, but I would have welcomed a far more detailed and subtle examination of relevant case types. Sorry, but I feel my time was wasted.
