A must-take course for building safe, respectful workplaces!
This course is empowering and insightful! It clearly explains harassment prevention, fosters respect through interactive scenarios, and equips everyone with tools to create a safe, inclusive environment. Highly recommended!

Probably about average
Some of the course was reasonable and, rather to my surprise, balanced. One rather serious bad point was the repeated assertion that harassment is a matter of the recipient's perception. That is not what the Equality Act says. Under Section 26(4) the perception of the recipient is one factor, among others, to be taken into account; it is not determinative of whether there is harassment.

Offer the test at the start?
Can you consider offering the test at the start and if someone passes the test then they don't need to do the training? Just a thought as I feel if the test is the check that you have imparted the knowledge then the test could be given to see if time should be spent on the training. The training was good but so obvious from my perspective that I felt that it was a bit of a waste of time and if the test at the start was an option the amount of time for this and other such tasks could be reduced but still tick the box for the HR requirements to have people trained and aware. Just a thought
Succinct and clear
I find it made it very clear what does and doesnt constitute sexual harassment. It npresented a good and balanced view of what can and ehat cannot be tolerated.
Very educative
Very educative, especially on one's own behaviour which could be innocent and unintentional. We need to lookout on our conduct with our colleagues.
Very good
Good awareness for everyone
