Good refresher

There was a question about reporting abuse – it's not a manager's job to report abuse. If a disclosure has been made to a person, then the person would make a safeguarding referral and not the manager

very informative course and makes you think how you are working and followingcorrect procedures

Long!

The course itself was good but, I can’t help thinking, not particularly relevant to me as I am a volunteer in a high street shop. It took a long time to do

I was able to understand

It is good to learn all about safeguarding and understanding different types of abuse . It has made me very aware about safeguarding and how important it is to do the training .

It was excellent and able too spread my knowledge.

A very good course.

Excellent course it stays in your mind, very good.

Too involved for a volunteer

Much too involved for someone volunteering for class covering at the Guild. 3/4's of the information is irrelevant, never likely to come across most of these issues. This course is designed for individual care givers or people working in care homes, not for the level of interaction we have with our customers.

Very informative

The course is broken down into bitesize sections that make the content easier to learn. I would have like to have a "rewind" button like "rewind 10 or 30 seconds" to be able to go through the bits I didn't get more quickly.

This course is very educative, and has bost my understanding more

This course is worth going through over and over, because knowledge is power.thanks a million

A lot of information which is clearly delivered in easy steps

Very clearly delivered, and it's good to work at your own pace as it's a lot of information. Additional material clarifies topics more. The information is delivered clearly with excellent graphics.
