This course was set out clearly. It did look daunting having to go through over 40 slides but each one was quick which made me think it might be better to have fewer slides, but longer so it doesn't put you off starting!

by its very nature, the course is what I could largely call common sense, but it was good to be reminded! I spent most of my working life in a caring profession
