I found this updated course to be a suitable replacement of the earlier edition. The three experts are all highly knowledgeable, able to distil key sections of the latest government policies and make vital references to documents and links to support each section. It's impressive how much has been packed into a short 40 minute programme, without noticeable diversion from content.

I really enjoyed doing the couse and felt I learned so much. Being new to the care industry I found it extremely enlightening and helpful. The videos were excellent in bite size pieces.
