Clear and informative.
The videos and extra information is very well intergrated and I found the references to information that will be necessary to the care certificate very helpful. I noticed that in the sexual abuse section only female examples were given, it may be helpful to include examples of male victims so that carers are aware that sexual abuse can happen to anyone.
