Essential course but could be better
I think this course covers everything you need to know about three times. In other courses once you have answered the question it just goes green on this one it says that is correct and then gives you another 30 seconds telling you why. I think this course could be 20 minutes shorter! The information is all extremely important but it gets very repetitive after so many times of hearing it. I think you start to lose interest because you think 'yes I have heard this already' when actually you could then be missing more important bits that you seem to blend it now and then.
Video and slides comprehensive and clear
The content appeared very focused on the role of a care worker. This was misleading and only after the study of the 43 slides and completion of the test, did it appear that the training was broader and relevant to all. Perhaps a comment in the email link to the course could clarify that this course is pertinent to all.
good course pertinent to my role
the dubbing was out of sync but apart from that good overview of the subject . I liked the inclusion of modern slavery
