Compared to the way the course was set up in 2023? I found this years set up more simple. I didn't stress as much as last year.

The training is informative, clear and direct to the point.
The information is organised in a good manner makes it easy to remember and memorise. In addition to that, is practical and illustrated with examples.
Excellent comprehensive course
I have previously taken courses in first aid, safeguarding etc. for various organisations but found this course very useful in reminding me about important details. I found it easy to follow and well structured.
