Good advice to step back from rushing into responses. Much of what was covered is just common sense, which we don't always follow! Additional resources useful, thank you.
Helpful in understanding yourself
Very useful if you’re unsure in how to deal with situations. It’s always good to take a step back. This I found very useful and informative. Easy to understand and follow. Nothing needs to be changed.
