Gives enough information to get started.
The course unfortunately didn't show what effect mindfulness had on which bits of the brain. A diagram of the brain, with areas the areas affected by mindfulness – such as the amygdala, cingulate cortex etc – depicted in distinctive colours, would help cynical people understand that mindfulness is "real" (and not some sort of "hippy-mumbo-jumbo") which would give some of them more off a motivation to actually try it. You could just also include links to site giving further information on the subject, eg. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6312586/#:~:text=It%20has%20been%20suggested%20that,brain%20connectivity%20changes%20in%20meditators.

Yes really good point
This was a good way of looking at things differently more positive
Very understandable training
Perfect training for me.
Very interesting.
Good information.
Great content in this short course
This subject was treated very sensitively. I enjoyed the session very much. I have done some other forms of mindfulness, such as mindful stitching which is a sewing technique where you just run with the stitches depending upon how you are feeling right now. Perhaps other forms of 'mindfulness' could be mentioned in this course if it is ever updated…
well presented.

Mindfulness – Short But Effective
I just completed the Mindfulness course. It gave a good overview of how to deal with the stress and negative thoughts of everyday life and how to refocus my energy and thoughts to a more positive place, through some useful simple exercises that can be utilise anytime and anywhere. Even just watching the video was calming and therapeutic.
