Simple techniques to refocus the mind.
This was a pleasant surprise, the talk through was very relaxing, enabelling you to focus on your surroundings. The simple use of our own senses are very powerful. Being grateful for our own surroundings, and how to reduce the pressure's is key. Keep the chimp in the Box! ;-)

A Peaceful and Education Video
The mindfulness training video was lovely. The music and the presenter's timbre were very relaxing. I have studied mindfulness in the past, but this video provided me with more up-to-date techniques or modernised techniques from the past. Thank you as well for noting where mindfulness originates.
