Very informative and helpful
I have difficulty at times concentrating on the present. The mindfulness training gave me tips and ideas on how to bring myself back to the present moment. The breathing exercises were very helpful. It will improve my concentration and focus on my role. A great addition to my knowledge of myself.

Here we go again, just to say I thoroughly enjoy doing the course, this one in particular. I love this course and the lady presenter was fantastic and I could listen to her all day long. Again the course was very well presented and clearly explained all the main points. The course made me think and be aware of Mindfulness, so much so I borrowed a book from the local library on Mindfulness. I awarded this course 5 stars, but i rate it 11 out of 10. That's right eleven! Best wishes Steve Sutton, Thinktank, Birmingham Museums.
