A useful everyday tool

I am aware of mindfulness and in a world of social media and constant distractions it is a helpful tool to use to cope with everyday life and to stop and enjoy the little moments and breathe which we all forget to do.

How can this not be beneficial

I will try to incorporate mindfulness daily
