I have been through mental exhaustion where my mental health has been affected. From this training, I have identified the patterns that I have experienced. Even I have addressed the issues, no one is identifying it .
Excellent short course with very helpful tips
I enjoyed this course, it was concise and to the point. It gave interesting insights into mental health and how to maintain good mental health with easy exercises that I can try to incorporate into my every day life, both at work and at home. I especially found the 'replace negative thoughts with positive thoughts' very helpful.

Makes you think about your general outlook and thoughts
We all need to concentrate on our own mental health as well as looking out for and supporting others.
Good content, slow delivery
Content is good and important, however the delivery could be quicker (or at least there could be an option for people to watch it at 1.25x speed).
very well presented, covered many mental health issues and expanded my knowledge.
I found this training valuable and worthwhile. The presentation was interesting and clear and clarified some terms for me when discussing mental health and mental well being. In addition to supporting my own mental health I feel in a better place to be able to offer support to others both at work and at home. Thank you.
