A very interesting course that reinforces how important it is to have a positive mind, to keep healthy and exercise. Also how important it is to talk about how you are feeling.
A comprehensive and useful session
A useful and pragmatic training session, covering the essentials (speaking from experience). I'd love to see something about how HR staff can help ( a colleague of mine was once handed a stress risk assessment form and told to go away and fill it out – not the best bit of help!) and also a mention of Non-Violent Communication training in your 'For the Curious' section at the end, which is actually all about understanding one's feelings and needs, so a really helpful and practical source of training on many different levels.

Very helpful as you do not realise the implications and effects that mental health issues can have on you wellbeing.
Good quality
Simple to follow and understand. Easy to complete assessment tool. Additional resources are very informative too. Possibly a bit too long to fit into a normal 7.5 hour working day, hence why it has taken 7 months for me to complete it.
