Great, informative and helpful

This training is very good in making you think about your situation and how you feel. It then gives you space to think about your approach and be more positive. I found this useful and also the breathing useful.

Easy to follow

It was informative and helpful, not too long and it was good to be able to stop and start. some useful strategies. I liked the links. They were useful, but only realised towards the end that you could click on to get further information. I have been given lots of food for thought and things to consider about daily routine.

Its very disturbing to know that so many people are suffering in this day and age, I believe more needs to be done to encourage people to ask for help.
