Good content, slow delivery
Content is good and important, however the delivery could be quicker (or at least there could be an option for people to watch it at 1.25x speed).
very well presented, covered many mental health issues and expanded my knowledge.
I found this training valuable and worthwhile. The presentation was interesting and clear and clarified some terms for me when discussing mental health and mental well being. In addition to supporting my own mental health I feel in a better place to be able to offer support to others both at work and at home. Thank you.
Useful, exhaustive, meaningful
Very clear presentation, supported with meaningful and accurate pictures/videos but also extra documentation to look at if needed. This training takes a bit of time – ~ 40 min – but it's worth it. Thanks.

I am now well informed to do the best for my mental and physical wellbeing. I am also able to pick signs on colleagues, family and friends and do my best to help them.
