Very good structure; good presenters who are engaged with what they are talking about.
This course has a very good structure, with each part flowing on from the previous part. The presenters are very engaging and sensitive to the topic at hand. Both of them give a strong sense of understanding what they are talking about.

A brilliant course that is very thorough and explains the subject matter very clearly. Would recommend to anyone looking to increase their awareness.
a useful and helpful e-learning session
The course helped me to have a short time to consider my mental well-being, think about what I do well already and what I could do differently. I downloaded the PDF as a future source for support and will pin it on my notice board as a reminder—a good reset for doing the things that help me.

Ironic being told if you don't pass a course on stress you will not get a pay rise and you might as well look for a new job
Thought provoking and edicational
This was a very interesting course. I learnt a lot and was made aware of things i hadn’t thought of as to managing my own mind aswell as my body! Taking regular breaks from work just to reset! Drinking more water, walking around to get some exercise and doing breathing exercises to relax the mind and body. Very enjoyable!

Good insight to mental health
Metal health affects everyone not just a few. Knowing what to do and being able to talk will help you on the way to recovery or reduce the affects of mental complications.
