Clear and positive

I really enjoyed this refreshingly positive course. It highlighted ways to support yourself and each other. I thought the speakers/presenters were clear and concise, without being patronising. I liked the way each aspect was broken down – it was really clear and how you related each area into manageable activities in our everyday lives. Thanks

Definitely a 5 star course!

The Tutors were easy on the eye and easy to listen to. Great presentation in bite size sections. Breathing exercises were really good but this would have been better at the start of the course so they would be better utilised throughout the duration. Enjoyable course.
