Very useful first step
Very useful course giving first steps to understanding the basics of Mental Health. Much of the information will be very useful in looking at my own mental health, and using some of the techniques to help de-stress and calm difficult situations. It has taught me that talking to someone you trust about any problems you have is the most beneficial first step in addressing any mental health issue.
Informative, practical and positive!
This is an excellent course. It reminds us of how important it is to look out for ourselves and each other, when it comes to mental health. The course content is really engaging and non-judgmental, providing a greater understanding of the challenges faced by many and giving really practical ways to maintain and improve our positive mental health. A useful course for mental health awareness, in our society. Generally, the population are suffering in silence due to the, so called, taboo attached , so it is a valuable learning tool.
