Positive and Productive
As someone who suffers with mental health I found this very supportive and encouraging. It focuses on how mental illness presents and then spends time discussing how that can be improved aswell as signposting to get more professional help.

Easy to understand and follow, plain and simple – no complicated jargon.

This was ok but for me it’s common sense
I think more of the breathing exercises and more strategies would be helpful.
