Very clear and concise
I foundthiscourse covered everything I needed to know.It was factual and very easy to follow.
Manual Handling
The course elearning was easy to follow using a combination of talk, images and examples. I passed at 90% which should have been 100% didnt read question well enough and quick on pressing the button.

Tough one !
I can say that this was bit tough as my brain is drained in doing 3 courses in one day. But I picked up some valuable lessons fro here !
