Really good course content

Informative course especially when you don't think that you suffer with anxiety.

Managing Anxiety

Great. This is a good session to remind us of tools we can use to manage anxiety either large or small, it gave me tools that I can and use everyday so I dont get stuck in that rut of feeling helpless.
