Following on from previous group meets this was a welcome break with updates. Wasnt too long and the test in the end was easy enough so.

Pretty basic; more of an introduction to
Anxiety can of course be a very complex behaviour to manage – it feels like this course is barely scratching the surface with oversimplifications that could leave you thinking things such as "mindfulness is just about breathing". There should probably be more emphasis on recommending finding a medical professional if anxiety is impacting your day-to-day activities. That said, the advice given is all good just don't expect to come away with a full toolkit for managing anxiety!
