Perhaps each page could end with a multiple choice question? It's a lot of reading without interaction with the reader.

Great refresher and easy to navigate
The only area of improvement for me would be to let people free write, if they would like any areas added that the training doesn’t cover and they have experienced. This would allow us to improve and quality also to ensure people are clear where things sit. Also allowing others to share good practice areas not details.
