I am very pleased with that content. Sometimes we don’t think about certain situations which are mentioned and one may ignore or do not take it as seriously as one should. This course gives great understanding of the situation and also how to deal with the situation if at all occurs. Few things one may not relate to but as they are explained it will be helpful to access the situation if at al arise. Great appreciate the contents

it was good but i prefer the videos
Excellent, very informative
Very useful and helping to keep my knowledge at a high standard.
It was a lot of text to read on screen.
Some slides or dialogue would have helped the learning experience. I know that we are required to read the guidance but some additional material e.g. examples of good practice, fictional case studies etc would have helped.
Clear but very heavy on words
Clear as a refresher, bit repetitive and could have been better if broken up with something other than solid text
