Very simple to understand
Very easy to follow, very good advice and guidance on Fire practises, good that you can stop and start when you want to and go over anything. All spoken clearly and easily understood.

content excellent but
for people like me , cover worker, we are not here all the time and so courses as long as this one can take time to complete. I felt I had forgotten some things but the course was too long to start again.
