very informative, clear and concise
I learned easily by taking this course even though I have been trained as a fire warden before. Some of the content I did remember but it was nonetheless an excellent refresher. 100 % in the test is testament to the effectiveness of the teaching.

The training was clear and concise
I liked how the training was spread into bitesize chunks and there was a good use of videos. It was helpful to have questions at the end of each section to test my understanding.
