The course was interesting to complete and provided far more insight into the issue than anything I have experience previously. The use of short, sharp videos to communicate key points keeps you engaged and the transcript was useful to read if that is your preferred method of learning.

Easy to follow training that was manageable yet comprehensive. A good grounding in the basics of Fire Safety.

I found this training valuable for both at work and in other areas of my life. I liked the fact that I could re-watch a section to help embed the information or make my understanding clearer.

This was fire training like i've not done it before. I found the combination of verbal and visual instruction and graphics and film a great way to learn. I liked the way different concepts were illustrated with the graphics and the fact that you could re-run any elements you weren't quite sure of. Being able to go at my own pace was helpful in trying to understand the information. I always find the different types of fire extinguishers confusing – this was perhaps the most useful explanation I've had in training yet, though I expect I would need a regular refresher to retain the detail. I scored 100 % which was great in that it showed I'd understood the information correctly but like I say I doubt would retain it all long term.

this course is a very good overview of fire related products and procedures. Also gives you the understanding of how to use a fire extinguisher in a fire setting if needed.
