well put over course and not to long and drawn out excellent

Makes you really consider how you'd feel in someone else's shoes and the importance of considering everyone's opinion, value and beliefs.

A good training course and thought provoking.

Explained all the issues at a perfect pace and with clarity. Having people to talk through the issues rather than simply reading slides is a great training method.

I found this course very interesting, it taught me to look at myself and the words and actions I use in the workplace.

But perhaps that is the target audience. Mildly amused and then irritated by some of the images/people used to illustrate examples, particularly re: gender and sexual orientation, which seemed to reinforce stereotypical views of what 'someone like that might look like' – I did expect better!

Good course which is very relevant in today's climate. Course material covered a wide range of topics, was very interesting and encouraged an increased awareness in the workplace.
