Interesting and informative but quite long

Patronising, in dreadful mini-video format, took far too long. Would give 0 stars if possible.

The legal guidance for employers is useful however the training package is wrapped within layers of narrow-minded ideologies. It is helpful to tell people what is unlawful but it is not appropriate to tell people what, in your opinion, is ethical. I suggest you avoid offending people whose ethics and beliefs are different from your ideals: you are supposed to be promoting differences of opinion. Stick to the law, don't seek to impose your views and don't tell people how they should think.
