I didn’t like the thing that you can’t go to the next one before you finish listening to the whole video.

It helps people understand what they learning. It also tests people at the end to check there understanding and see if they need to recap. Overall it is really good.
It was a very informative course.
The course was very helpful and provided me with some new tips regarding good customer service. In particular the 10 – 10 Rule which was new to me and the importance of asking follow up questions.
