I get one you’re trying to achieve with this course but some of the questions are way over complicated and don’t read well to a UK audience.
A positive reminder for all employees
Great, everyone should have this training, we are all representing our company in one form or another. This course is an excellent reminder of how to behave correctly when customer facing, be it by email, teams meetings or face to face.
