intro and 1st slide confusing

Defining everyone as customers in 1st two paragraphs then not stipulating if they were internal etc in the remaining slides was a little confusing. Test questions with double negatives were confusing also.

Well balanced course to give the basics

Course enough to give the basics for dealing with customers, length of course reflected the level of information obtained well.

Really useful tool

I used the customer service training both as a refresher due to working in customer service for the last 30 years and to gain new insight. The 10 10 rule was a handy tip and likewise having sight of your workplace dress code.

Easy to use and informative

The training gave me a useful refresher on providing a good customer service experience for our service users. I enjoyed the way it was all broken up into manageable video chunks. This gave me time for breaks and time to digest the video information better. The little quiz questions at the end of the sections, and the end final test were very user friendly. In my opinion the test completed a good way to learn and retain information. Thank you.
