Really good course

So many of these types of course are endless slides which can be monotonous. This presentation was different. The guy that presented the course held my attention and was very professional. If only all the online courses I have to sit through were like this one.

The course was informative in general

The course did offer some new insights for myself and I think it is a good course to assign to customer service teams. Not sure this could be added but having scenario's to work though and chose from I feel help you not only understand the right choice's but also explain if you have selected a wrong choice and why.

The training is good and easy to understand is just that twenty question is a lot ten could have been better.

Great course but I should have got 100% 🙁 I would like to retake :)
