Easy to use and informative
The training gave me a useful refresher on providing a good customer service experience for our service users. I enjoyed the way it was all broken up into manageable video chunks. This gave me time for breaks and time to digest the video information better. The little quiz questions at the end of the sections, and the end final test were very user friendly. In my opinion the test completed a good way to learn and retain information. Thank you.
Nice short, easy points
Enjoyed the fact it was split into 22 slides which made it easier to focus and take notes. Maybe there could have been a question at the end of each section rather than the longer test at the end but otherwise I thought it was excellent.

Well focussed material
Material was accessible and effectively communicated. Course structure was straightforward to navigate. Test questions were securely founded in the content.
A good informative course
Only downside as with the other modules on the questions if you incorrectly answer it takes you back . It would be great to have a function where you can skip this and after re reading the part you need to, to continue your test where you left off. Very frustrating.
Very well presented & easy to understand
The combination of short videos, recap questions and written information kept this course engaging and easy to understand.
