Well presented and easy to understand
This course consolidated my understanding of customer service. I guess we all think we are delivering a good service in our workplace but additional knowledge and advice is always welcomed. As a manager i will also be able to use some of the course material to monitor, mentor and train my own team. Thanks
A good online course with limitations
This is a good course and I think the website and training delivery is good. I agree with the confirmation that customers can be clients and colleagues. Video training is an excellent medium for a number of statutory subjects or to cover a topic in detail at the learners own pace. The essence of customer service though is interaction on a personal level and this would ideally be trained in person. I understand there are, however, limitations to training a field based team on furlough so certainly this is a good foundation for the future.
