Really easy to follow
Having the video's to watch instead of a lot of reading, made it really easy to follow. Also the way it was broken down into the sections helped too. The length of time of the course was perfect.
Really usefull information
The infomration that was given was really useful and a lot of it was things i didnt realise and would like to take foward into the workplace. It has made me reflect on how i deliver customer service and the ways in which i could improve. The videos were easy to follow and the questions at the end of each section helped to keep me engaged with what i was listening to
