I took part in the customer service trai
I found the customer service training very interesting but some of the questions were hard
Enjoyable enough
Pretty straightforward, however some handy little tips and tricks to take onboard. May have liked slightly more interactivity throughout the course to break up consecutive videos and listening.

Treating your customers the same you would like to be treated Smiling and eye contact and greeting is so important for you and your customer Having product knowledge makes me confident in selling my product
