The training given was interesting, useful and very well presented; thank you. Used variety of techniques – spoken words, written transcript, video – to enrich the training, and also provided additional information and external links to useful further information. Highly recommended.

I found this Training very useful in solving conflicts and differences in a work environment. It was very informative although so questions in the test, were rather tricky as I added the incorrect answer to 3 of them. However I like the clear style of the video and production layout and the short videos which made the Training less demanding to study.
