Easy to understand
Straight forward and easy to understand videos. The videos were clear and concise, with additional support material relevant to the topic.
Very clear training effective.
Technical problems with this training – the question I answered incorrectly I think there was a fault – there was a problem when I selected this answer- it stated there was an error when I tried to click on it -twice – then eventually it coloured red but common sense tells me the answer was right. I am also having difficulty in download the certificate.
Very usefull points made.
Overall very useful.Particularly stressing the importance of empathy and understanding also compromise.
