Worthy summary, but basic
The presentation methods are repetitive & not enthusiastic when you have to do multiple courses to complete. The content is good but basic.

Insightful with progressive ideas.
Conflict resolution helps to diffuse situations to prevent it escalating which may then affect the work environment. The course identified methods to ensure such conflicts are dealt with in a way that does not attach blame but ensures a positive working environment. However it does mention that sometimes conflicts may have to go through a formal process. However, the main emphasis is to prevent this occurring in the first place. It was a well developed course and I learnt a lot.
Clear, concise, well delivered
This online training package was easy to navigate, and gave a lot of information clearly and in a few words; brief but comprehensive, provoking self reflection and providing tips and advice to develop helping relationships.
Not done a course like this before
Conflict management links into a course I did on counselling / active listening a year or so ago. Crucial of course is the employers support to staff in handling conflict situations. My previous workplace did not have a zero tolerance policy towards bad behaviour.
