Confidence to appraise colleague.
This course has helped me prepare with confidence for appraisal meetings which I have never had to do before. It’s guidelines on what should and shouldn’t be discussed in these meetings was very useful.

Found it more about the process for setting up the organisation and policy of appraisals, rather than the nitty gritty of doing them.
